Objectives: 
  1. Customize microelectromechanical
    systems and deploy them in mine
    slopes for monitoring slope
    deformation. 
  2. Develop a secure and energy-efficient
    multifunction wireless sensor network
    system to monitor slope health in realtime.
  3. Monitor and analyze mine slope
    deformation in real-time using a
    wireless sensor network. 
  4. Predict mine slope deformation and
    develop an early warning system.
